Great item!
Friends of mine told me about this item, both of us have part of our home covered in hard wood or tile flooring. Both of us work full time, have children, and pets, and little free time for cleaning up after them. I was a bit skeptical that this would work as well as they said. I was pleasantly surprised as it really does. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. I had the vacuum set up in under ten minutes from opening the box. Usage was equally simple. Take the mop head off when you vacuum & turn on the machine using the lower switch. Pop the steam head back on, put water in the tank, and slide down the switch cover to use the upper switch. No bags to replace. It's easy and it works well. A real time saver, which I can always use.

Great Invention
This vacuum is a great invention. It really does what it advertises!! I am very pleased with it and would highly recommend it to anyone with tile floors. I used to scrub them on my hands and knees. It would take hours and the floors would be wet for several hours. With the Vac then Steam the floors are practically dry immediately.

I have read a lot of reviews before purchasing this product and there were mixed reviews but upon receiving the product in a very timely manner it was very easy to set up and start using. I love this shark and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to make their cleaning life easier. I was sick of mopping and just pushing around the dirt but this system does not do that. The vacuum part has very strong suction and I love the fact that I do not need harsh chemicals anymore and my floors are the cleanest they have ever been. Highly recommend this product A++++
