on/off vale brakes, why
The on/off vale broke , after second use. Are replacement vales available? The hose is very good and performs exactly as indicated, however the vale braking so quickly was not a good result.
The Pocket Hose
The On/Off Valve got pin-hole leaks after 2 uses. The hose itself is great.
Poket hose 50ft
I am on my 3third pocket hose. Love its self coiling and weight. The only problem is that it will not stand rubbing on a stone or rough flower planter. Do you plan to make one that can take a little roughnous as well as stickers?
I have tried my hose three times now and I can't get it to roll back up. Unrolling is great but after I am done with it and empty all the water it won't roll up. Does it take a long time to roll up and should I just leave it on the ground until it rolls up.
This hose does not roll up. When you shut the water at the spigot and spray out water from the hose, it “shrinks” back to a fraction of extended size. It can then be rolled up into a ball or put in a small box.
Do I have to disconnect the hose after each using?
Yes, you are supposed to disconnect and store it after each use to prolong its life.
Where is the hose made?
The Pocket Hose is made in China.
Does the Pocket Hose come in a 150 ft. length or longer?
The Pocket Hose does not come in a 150 foot length or longer, but you can connect two Pocket Hoses together. For instance, if you're seeking a 150 foot Pocket Hose length, it would make sense to purchase a 100 foot and 50 foot Pocket Hose. You can easily connect the Pocket Hoses together by attaching one to the faucet, and then attaching the second hose to the first. When you want to turn on the water, make sure both hoses' valves are switched on as well.
