Meat tenderizer was 1 on my husband's 2011 Xmas list. Searching the internet, I found the options--and prices--were numerous. I chose the Mister Tenderizer for it's size, construction, price and crossing my fingers ease of use. After simple assembly hooray, my husband embarked on the test run. IT WORKS!!! Unfortunately I have bought so many products that do not deliver as promised so it is a true delight this product does all it says and more.
