the only problem with this is it doesnt go tighter then i would like it to be... but it does make me sweat when im just going to the store so imagine when i start working out.. i do wish that it didnt look like i was wearing it under my clothes.. ladies this is to lose inches off of your waist.. its NOT for putting under clothes... good luck..
