GREAT PRODUCT
I enjoy using the door knob exerciser as an added exercise in the evening after I've walked in the morning. Being a senior citizen, it is not too stenuous but enough to give me some crunches. This is not my first experience with a door knob exerciser. I used one for years while I was working because I didn't have the time to do other exercises.

This is first version and the only version of door know exerciser that actually works without sliding off the door knob. This one is also long enough to complete your exercise routine and come up with new exercises.
Best product I ever bought
In my 30's I bought this exerciser and loved it. Went threw a few of them. Of all the exercising I ever did this one is the best! Got me down to 106 lbs. Then I got married stopped exercising. Now because of high blood pressure was told to start again. I still had one of these that I bought in the 80's or early 90's, can't remember. Wanted another one and saw this one. Ordered it and its the EXACT one that I had from before! Didn't realize it was the same company and they still were making it. Losing weight fast again. Legs are thin now and my arms are getting thinner. Waist getting slim. Belly is now gone. Thought would take longer because of being older but nope, it still works great and still lose fast. This has to be the perfect exercise equipment. And believe me I tried most of them. Ended up going back to what I used years ago. And just as sturdy as my old one. I bought a spare for vacation. Bought a exercise mat and take this with me. Actually works
