disappointed in customer service
i received this item a few days ago, and i am happy with the size and quality. this was very easy to put together, detailed, easy to follow instructions. The only thing with this product that i am disappointed with is that it did come slightly damaged, and i called and left a message to request a new part and a phone call back, and i have not heard anything. I did put the bench together since it was still usable and did not look too bad once together, just one slightly crushed corner. But none the less, paid almost $100 after additional shipping charges for this item, so i thought i should receive the item undamaged, and if not, then at least and acknowledgment and correction for my damaged pieces. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
