What shipping service do you use?

Please refer to our shipping page for more detailed information - CLICK HERE Standard shipping is by parcel post where cities East of the Mississippi can expect their orders within 7-10 business days and cities West of the Mississippi can expect their orders within 10-15 business days.

Will my order be delayed if one or more items is backordered?

Items within an order are shipped as they are available. So, if you have any backorder items in your order, they will not hold up the shipping of the rest of your order, nor change your shipping and handling price.

How does the defer payment plan work?

Deferred billing is used with any major credit card (Debit cards not accepted). We authorize the amount of the order as we would any other order. Therefore it is important that the funds be available on the open balance at the time of the purchase. The credit card company sets that amount aside for several days during the process. This is not a charge and will not accrue any interest charges. The amount will become available after a few days. The final step is billing the charge account which will occur on the first billing day of the month printed on the catalog. Deferred billing is available for phone and snail-mail orders only.

What does the "D" mean before certain item numbers?

The "D" before the catalog number designates that this item is a drop ship item which will come directly from the manufacture's warehouse. Keep in mind this takes from 2-4 weeks after placing your order, sometimes longer however we will advise of any lengthy delays.

Please note that Drop Ship items can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes! Please provide an actual physical address for shipment of these items. Also, keep in mind that ship times on these items are not flexible - the use of express shipping will not expedite your Drop Ship order.

How do I purchase Gift Certificates?

Gift certificates may be purchased the same as any item in our catalog. Over the phone, by fax, or through the mail. Gift certificates are available in increments of $10.00 beginning at $30.00. Gift certificates are not available for purchase via the internet at this time.

Can I order if I live outside the United States?

Anyone can place an order with Shop Get Organized with a shipping address within the United States, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. We are sorry, we can not ship overseas, and do not accept foreign billing addresses.

Can I ship to another address?

YES! On the order form simply click on the link that says "Ship To" next to the appropriate product if you wish to send one or more products to different addresses. If you would like to ship your entire order to another address wait until you enter your billing information and fill in the "ship to" address on this form. The entire order, except those with individual ship to address specified, will be shipped to that address.
