We've been in the mail order catalog business since 1952, our Guarantee remains the same: if for any reason you're dissatisfied with any merchandise from Get Organized, we'll refund the price of the product quickly and without hassles.
We ship fast.
Usually within 36 hours. Neither you nor we like backorders, however, in that case we'll notify you promptly and guarantee shipment just as soon as possible. On credit card orders we don't charge your account until we ship.
Most products are shipped from our Distribution Center. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box and in the event of a delay you will be notified. Item numbers that begin with "D" or "W" are shipped directly from the factory and require a street address in the Continental U.S. and may take additional time to reach you. Because some items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher; therefore they have an additional charge as noted in the product description. Our vendors usually ship fast but please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery on these drop ship products.
Checks accepted only upon condition customer agrees if any check is returned unpaid, Get Organized may then debit customer's checking account for the amount of check, plus up to a $25 processing fee as permitted by law.
